Team Trump's released the transition funds to Biden legally making him the president elect. Now Biden has to declare any conflicts of interest, specifically foreign. If he doesn't.. well they now have the legal power to arrest Biden.

Will see if it actually plays out this way but theoretically that's another avenue.

Joe won't remember who anyone is or what anyone was doing. Attempts to interrogate would only yield long rambling stories about dudes, hairy legs and other nonsense. Hunter might be more cognizant though.
