SCOTUS of the U.S. will not overturn the election and award it to anyone. That is NOT within their Constitutionally defined job description. We argue that we do NOT want an activist court and only an EXTREME activist court would deem Trump the winner.

INSTEAD, the best one could hope for from the SCOTUS would be to remand the election back to the states and issue the Constitutional framework under which each state MUST render the selection of its electors.

The Constitution allows for each state to send the electors of their choice. All the Supreme Court can do, IMO, is to make certain that the State Constitutions were followed properly. If the elections were deemed to be invalid, the the SCOTUS would send it back to the states (just as they did in 2000 when they remanded the case BACK to Florida for remedy).

At that point in time, elections being deemed UNCONSTITUTIONAL, the states have to choose their electors some other way.

If it is all deemed to be a total dumpster fire, then it could go to the House of Representatives for the entire selection of President.

All of that to so, the SCOTUS is not going to choose who is President.
