In Bostock he said sex included gender identity and voted with the left to force employers to recognise transgenderism. In another case he let a pedo off because he decided literally half Oklahoma actually belongs to Indians. In another case he let a pedo off because he decided literally half Oklahoma actually belongs to Indians.
That said, he's been very strong in other cases, including this one.
Rule of law, the US made a treaty and then we ignored it. I appreciate if he sticks to that principle, especially with these upcoming cases...
