We have laws that cover this type of document destruction. The question is do we have a judicial system that will actually uphold those laws or are we a lawless nation now?
If the local elections were run by Democrats, there is nothing you can do to preserve all the records, except sue and try having the whole county’s vote thrown out. You can’t sue though before it’s certified.
What makes you believe nothing was done.
Trump could have raised hell before the election and everyone would have laughed at him, so he let it happen so he could expose it on the other side.
Remember, he had the Hunter laptop the whole time he was being impeached and could have easily defended himself, but chose not to. He let himself get impeached so he could expose all this shit.
Well, I will say this. If this is true and can be proven, then it definitely strengthens court cases. Not to mention if the knowledge can be spread, it works in the court of public opinion. On both sides of this war.
As someone who once, many many years ago, deliberately put myself in a position to get my nose broken so I could play the "delicate female card" (against commies in fact, way back in the post Viet Nam days), I can see the value of certain sacrifices. But it is a risky as fuck move when the enemy controls the information stream.
My current conspiracy theory is that they burned all the mail in ballot envelopes (and potentially Trump ballots) in the crematorium across the street from four seasons total landscape. Im hoping I’m right and that they have surveillance footage of trucks dropping stuff off in the middle of the night
Like, there is literally NO reason to not throw this whole county out. It is MANDATORY to keep records and retain everything for 22 months. It's not hard. In fact, it's easiER. It would be harder to NOT keep stuff, because you have to go out of your way to DO SOMETHING with it.
Wasn't really paying attention, but I was in the next room and heard them talking about ballots in Delaware county on OAN.
Pretty sure they brought the county up at the PA legislature hearing yesterday.
There's been a lot of talk about Delaware county, so I'd assume it's likely true, although I don't know where to find a direct, trusted source on the matter to share.
Replace odd with criminal and I'd agree.
Yeah that’s my big concern. If Trump fails then I’m gonna be pissed cause everyone knew it would happen why was this not prepared for?
I'm always amazed that even learned people fail to understand what republic means.
What did you want Trump to do send federal agents in to oversee state elections?
Do you realize how unconstitutional that would be?
This is playing out the only way it can in a federal republic.

Not if you are white and lean right in politics.

Have faith!

So...?
If that’s the case then all the votes need to be tossed, right?
And that means Trump wins PA by 9000 votes.

Would not bet against you.
Well, guess they are disqualified then...
I think that was the plan. Makes it easy to say Trump stole the election.

anyone really surpised??
Some people need to go to jail!
hm. media PA, the county seat, was the site of a civilian break-in to FBI files in the 70s. it's where COlNTELPRO was discovered by American citizens.
and it was progressive liberals that did it.
They don’t care about Biden being president any more. All they care about is saving their own skins at this point.
Destroying evidence helps America right now.
Same in Wayne County, MI, but the traitors certified the fraud anyway.
Throw out all the votes than.
this cannot be un-intentional, discount all ballots from said county. if you can't follow the rules, then you don't get to participate.
Bye Delaware.
LMAO.
We win Deleware!
Why should we believe this person?
Well I guess we have to invalidate that county—oops looks like Trump won the state!
