The statement in an of itself doesn't advertise a political candidate.

Neither does "Build Back Better".

Nope. You are wrong about that. The Red hat with white letters is copyrighted. Had enough?

A red hat with white letters is copyrighted? Show me that proof: a red hat with white letters on it is copyrighted by Trump or the Trump campaign.

I'm saying the Trademark doesn't matter, look at the states that ALLOW MAGA hats at polling stations and see why. Because they have stated that the phrase in and of itself does not endorse a candidate. Wearing a hat that says Trump on it does.

For a 2016 pede you sound a lot like a liberal cuck, and you're about as correct as one.

Dude this was settled in the courts in 2016 and 2018, drop it lol. You look a little dull

If it was settled in the courts then why did polling stations allow it? Should have all been illegal then right?

Also, where's that proof I asked for? I'd love to read it while I eat my turkey.

No proof then? You can't find an original filing for it? Even on Google? Not even an article showing that red hats with white letters are copyrighted by Trump or the Trump campaign?

I should just take your word for it? Even after states allowed it after supposedly being "settled in the courts"?

Ok CNN.
