I’m with you. I still like sheriffs- at least the real ones who are still elected officials. Local PDs are at best hamstrung good guys or at worst (like DC) political pawns who protect commies in order to safeguard their dental and retirement plans. Defund sure - as long as we get national Constitutional Carry and SYG laws.
