This makes them American in many respects. I can walk into the liquor store and have a conversation with the Armenian owner and we can agree or disagree but at the end of the day, there is no cultural divide - only community and participation.

It's not even Multi-Culturalism per se that is the issue. The U.S.A. has always been multicultural. Whether it was a mix of Puritans, Protestants, and Catholics. So for example if a race votes 60/40 conservative and socialist, but you introduce people of a race that votes 80% socialist, you're going to end up with a socialist society in a generation or two.
