Hold on, the city of North Muskegon population is estimated at 3,793, not all of which are obviously of voting age or registered to vote. The total votes, if I am reading this right, is 3,770.
Am I mistaken in adding straight party to the totals for the race below? If so, the vote total is 2,633 out of an estimated population of 3,793 and that's a lot more believable and in contrast to the 781% claim.
I'm confused. What are you concluding from this? That the affidavit is wrong, or that the numbers are impossible to make sense of?
