Portion of population under 18=24.9%. Soz 0.75X3,786=2839.5.

So we can estimate # of people of voting age to be 2,840 more or less.

2,840X781.91=2,220,624.4 Votes from a City of 3,786.

That's a lot of votes...

Your math is wrong.

(3,786×(1−(24.9/100)))×(781.9/100)=22,232 extra votes.

Still crazy odd though.
