Trump can't pardon Kyle Rittenhouse because the President can't issue a pardon for a state level offense.

He is charged with a state crime. The president can only pardon federal crimes.

He can't because it's a state case. But honestly, it's often better to let a case go through the courts and have the accused found not guilty. In this case, it would set a good precedent for what ordinary citizens should not be afraid to do when rioting punks threaten them with physical harm.
