I just had a disaster and splattered raw turkey juice all over and in my face. I hope Sam & Ella aren't coming to dinner.
I bought a turkey too large for my little oven. Then I cut my finger with my newly sharpened knife trying to butcher that thing to just cook the breast!
Hope all is going better now! I was wrestling with my turkey this morning trying to remove the breasts too! Must have been quite a sight!😂

That's okay, I spent my day rewiring some stuff because a master electrician wired a 15a plug to a 30a breaker and caused a fire after a short didn't trip the breaker, which burned up some network cables powering customer's internet. It also burned an acre of my land, but no structures. Remember, things could always be worse. I didn't let it bother me at all -- as I like to say, Do not let that which you cannot change, affect you.
Have a good day tomorrow. I don't know what happened but I'm sure it could have been worse. We are all making this up as we go and fuck up or have someone fuck it up for us.
