I've always like the guy. He owns libtards a lot. But I don't know. I don't see much talk about him here.

Just curious what you pedes think?

I think he is pro trump, at least the videos I've seen. And he is very anti-lockdown. Pro guns. Crushes libs everywhere. He was banned from youtube so he must be doing something right!

For the most part, I'm a fan, especially of his long-format research pieces. I don't listen to many of his radio shows these days but I think he's a positive influence.

His stance on religion vs. philosophy I find to be an emotional one. He addressed his rejection of the church in a video a few years ago and it was entirely on the conduct of the people he knew as a child. With that bridge burned, he worships philosophy as the highest ideal of humanity, rather than as a tool to increase one's understanding towards a greater end. I read his book on atheism a while back and his mathematical proof was weak beyond anything I could have expected, with arguments that could be crushed from any apologist. From what I can tell, if he was honest with himself he'd find more truth in the work of Dennis Prager or John Lennox.

Cool! Need to find that book. I'm a bit of an agnostic myself, didn't grow up in a religious enviroment! But freedom is the most important value for me so I respect it very much.

Freedom absolutely! I think Stef still has it as a free DL on his website. I grew up going to church but my engineering mind always thought that if it was all true, it'd be provable. While I initially read some books by Lee Strobel and Josh McDowell, I'd recommend looking up Hugh Ross. He's an astrophysicist/church pastor with some amazing videos on the subject.
