Precisely. The PLA, despite the propaganda is actually really weak. It’s mostly comprised of peasants who join just to get a steady meal and a paycheck. Lotta brainwashing and indoctrination sure but they have no combat experience and most will probably surrender to the first western troops they see. There’s a saying amongst the Chinese that the PLA isn’t for foreign enemies but to keep the CCP in power.
