Good video. I like that guy. I'd like to see more of people going through the lawsuit specifics and talking about them, because it's hard to digest it all on my own just reading it.

Question... if Powell put this in her lawsuit, does that likely confirm that she HAS the video and can use it as evidence? Or might she have included it if she doesn't have the video?
