Wouldn't this be considered an act of war? Direct action to overthrow a president by a foreign country. This is way more than memes or propaganda tools. This is vote manipulation. Maybe that is the plan though

I believe these timestamps are GMT/UTC, which is 6 hours ahead of central standard time.

'Election day' is all the votes counted on the 3rd of November. It always Ends at midnight on the 4th, and the President is called at that time. It has never been allowed to go on a week, or start again at 4am the next day. Any vote counts after the 3rd, are never legal. Someone from another country, thinks that repeating 'it is ok, or you are racist' is an argument from a child's mind that has no business leading.
There were clearly people not from our country staffing the polls, I would say, some were from Europe, South America and Africa. Most the young people in the Antifa/BLM were giving speeches in many countries, and in control of the Election. not just US.
Many Americans, esp in California- citizens were not allowed to be part of the process, and Republican voters were turned away, their votes were harvested and their vote was cast Before election day. -while 'homeless' were allowed to vote , more than once at different locations. The Democrats controlled the staff at the polls everywhere.
I'm not familiar with Edison/NYT's reporting, but it does not look right when every single state appears to reflect zero votes between midnight and 4 a.m. CST, when they each reported votes on the 3rd.
It also makes no sense to me many appear to have been cleared in batches, with as many as 9 states zero vote reporting on the 4th with precisely the same timestamp.
