I honestly don’t care what the left can or cannot wrap their head around at this point. They managed to wrap most of the country’s heads around living in a lockdown for the year. Now it’s their turn to learn some math at the very least
They’re not going to learn math. They’re going to do what they always do with this and read CNN or WaPo saying it’s been deboonked and say ‘HA! FUCK YOU, DRUMPF’. It’s up to the courts and people open to hearing it to believe it, then refuse to budge on it until there is a complete and thorough investigation, or votes are thrown out, or the results aren’t certified.
This whole thing’s bigger than who won. In the event Biden did win, congrats to him, all evidence to the contrary. If Trump had won, however, and the left had MASSIVE amounts of evidence indicating that Trump/we had committed mass acts of voter fraud on multiple levels, I would not accept those results, and neither would they. If elections aren’t fair, that’s a larger issue than who won or not. If we had tape of Trump with his finger on the scale I would not support him. We basically have that of Biden.
The left are hypocrites in direct proportion to how much of a leftist they are. It’s really on us to rally together and present things and red pill people and collectively refuse to budge until justice is rendered. Maybe they look into all this and the Biden ballots make perfect sense? Great! We can all move on. We all know that won’t happen, but I’d be okay with that outcome if Biden had legit won. The main thing is that this is treated seriously and to our satisfaction. After 4 years of us winning and them at times hunting us down and killing us for it, I will not accept a fraudulent election or any olive branch from them under these circumstances. The deboonks are at times so bad I take it as a confirmation of the claim being true. It’s literally shit like ‘Joe Biden didn’t sell influence, Hunter Biden did on his behalf,’ or ‘there was no widespread voter fraud, there is just widespread evidence of voter fraud.’

agreed, at this point i believe the only remedy will be for SCOTUS to declare the winner whosoever was in the lead by 12 midnight election day, Nov. 3rd, those who cry "muh disenfranchisement of black urban voters" should cry more to their corrupt beyond belief metro detroit, philly, atlanta, and milwaukee election officials, who decided to shart all over DJT45's landslide reeeeeeelection victory.
SCOTUS can only say yes/no to whatever they are being petitioned for. So far no lawsuit asks for the remedy you mention
Some cases now ask for: throwing out all mail in ballots that weren’t in chain of custody or watched when opened, throwing out ALL mail in ballots altogether, deleting all ballots that were tabulated without anyone watching, reversing decision of who won the state, holding a special election & refusing to certify the state.
I would take any of these. But my sincerest hope is for states to grant Trump the clear winner now, in light of the disgusting fraud that debased our whole nation
i see, so what is the remedy for SCOTUS order issued to pennsylvania to segregate all ballots received after 8pm election day, which they flat out IGNORED? SCOTUS can be ignored without consequence, save only for a petition to enforce punishment of said court order?
The question is pretty much moot as no one puts any weight to that issue, especially not Rudy in his PA case.
However, in a grand scheme of things, even if every single court was packed with Trump fanatics, the cases lawyers bring before them allege process issue/constitutional violation at best.
For instance, if envelopes or ballots are shredded, does that mean the results should be invalidated? This would mean county officials could invalidate results they didn’t like.
Same for process issue - you are a Red county in CA (or a blue county in TX), introduce a process issue, state results invalidated.
Even Rudy in his PA ‘ballots curing’ case realises that as he says the ballot curing was allowed because Dems wanted to defraud Trump. But then he backtracks and says, but officially, no fraud is alleged in this case.
So what judges are supposed to do?

each ballot should have an id that can be identified and tracked. when it was mailed, when it was returned, or when the voter voted and what location, when it was actually counted and who handled it.
