Okay, folks, it looks like this case was assigned to a Judge Linda Vivienne Parker, who is a Democrat, and black. I can't imagine she's going to want to hear any of this. Sorry to make assumptions, but she was appointed by Obama.
Under her name it says "referred to R. Steven Whalen," who seems to be one of those testy older men, white, "non-partisan" but has a reputation for being slow.
I'm worried they'll slow-walk it to try and run out the clock. Is there any safe-guard against this?
Why do we allow Judges to decide the law basically on their political affiliation. It's so fucking stupid that you already know the result of every court by just knowing the affiliation of the judge. There isn't even a sliver of integrity!! In fact we have the 100% immoral Dems together with Rinos on our side! Why can't we make a justice system where the judges are not partisan? We wouldn't be in this problem if Justice was impartial.
Thus all the moaning and groaning from Laura I, Rush, even Scott Adam’s about how unlikely it was to overturn the results.
Courts are allergic to mess with election results: we are in uncharted territory here. Who with a pair of eyes cannot see the cheating?
Regardless of party affiliation, the defendants will appeal the result, and so it will go.
We’re living through history, it is going to be a wild ride.
The Trump March should provide great visual contrast to the activity in the courts. I’m expecting YUUUGE turnout and enthusiasm to take back our country.
