The vaccines can only be manditory if they are rolled out at once by the military. If they try that, the people will shoot the military and the military will stop. Besides they would need over 3 million teams to Vax us ALL in one day.
If they roll it out to at risk people first the side effects to this vaccine will bring it all to end as the second round of people will refuse.
