I’ve read somewhere that USPS photographs every piece of mail (not sure if true). If so wouldn’t it make sense to see how many mail ins were actually delivered and to where?

My post office In a rural county in Va has that option. I see my mail in an email before they deliver. So it’s a possibility to see if anyone received a mail in ballot

I've got that option in Michigan, too. Sometimes if a piece of mail can't be machined, there will be no pic, but the ballots should have been photographed.
