I think the reporter at the time is running with a quick statement that he said... You know how President Trump talks at time, he make a quick statement, like off hand remark. The media wants anything to be true so his remark is them trying to blow it up to space.

  I kinda wish he wouldn’t give them those small vessels of hope when he does that...
 He’s not conceding anything and he’s going to fight it out all the way.
