I have a really hard time believing Biden won San Bernardino, Riverside, and San Diego counties in CA.

the bigger point is that this is far less than the counties won by democrats in the past who lost the election
its possible that 16% of the counties could mean a win, technically. Like if every other county they lost was close, but they smashed the ones they won, etc. BUT HISTORICALLY a democrat needs to win far more than 16% to win. And looking at the states like FL and OH, you can clearly see Trump performed insanely well. That is why joe lost so many counties. Joe just happened to get 300% turnout in a few important counties, and thats how he "can win" despite doing horrible in every other capacity.
