I have only read through about half of the first Kraken, so I dont know exactly what relief Powell is asking for. Because it depends on what relief is asked for and granted. If they are asking for X number of ballots to be invalidated which results in Trump being the winner, then sometime before the 14th, the hard date to have electors in place. If they are asking for the entire election in PA GA and MI to be invalidated, then after the legislatures in those bodies vote for their state;s slate of electors. If the states legs refuse to or cannot produce a slate and no one has 270, then after the House votes.
I say the day after they drag Biden into office. They will go "oops we made a bad, sorry but Biden is president now so suck it up"... Just my opinion, I could be wrong...
Not trolling, I believe that Trump will still be President for the next four years. Just saying that if Biden is to take office, that is when it would come out that he actually lost to Trump.
I am no doomer but the forces arrayed against the President are vast, well organized and have deep pockets. My actual opinion is this event will lead to war whether Trump stays in office or not.
