Assets will be seized, media will be implicated, marshal law declared and a new, in person, election on paper ballots will be scheduled for spring. Trump wins in a landslide, democratic party is destroyed, and deep state, including some Rinos, and governors go to jail.
What's stopping faithless electors from voting Biden even if we overturn some states? GA, PA, and WI don't seem to have laws against it. MI seems to void the votes of faithless electors at least.
The legislatures from being re elected, that's that. It'd be going against the will of the people of their state. I've never heard of a state doing that before. It's possible, but I've never heard of that happening in the history of the US.
They'd be ending their own career's if they did that and the level of ill will would be unreal.

Even if the state is certified, there is nothing stopping them from decertifying the election if they're convinced fraud happened, or there is a state/federal injunction.

A landmark case like this, that PROVES the largest election fraud in the history of the US is being done in less than 4 weeks. Do you even realize the speed that this is going at? How much actual work is being done? These are civil lawyers. Like 4-5 working on each case. They have to be working 22 hour days at this point. They're putting together a landmark case that will be used in every other election fraud case going forward that normally would take 3-4 years in a few weeks with a less than skeleton crew. This is fucking LIGHTSPEED fast. And they have to be pinpoint accurate. Because if they're not, the case gets tossed and all is lost. There is a FUCK TON riding on these very few people. What we're getting now is the fastest I've ever seen a case get put together for anything.

If one, or a few states' electors are not voting due to ongoing court cases and/or lack of certification, is the vote still valid? Does is still require 270 votes to elect the POTUS, or just a majority of the electors who are actually voting?
