So they are pretty much saying there were NEW voters.

Who would vote in 2020 that didn't vote in 2016?

Why would 2020 be more of an issue than 2016. If anything, it would be less of an issue because people saw that Trump was not going to start a war, etc. etc. or was not as bad as the media said he was.

Who would all these people be that would suddenly decide THIS election is the most important one.

Also, who wouldn't vote in 2012 but just had to vote this year.

Not to mention the President's approval rating was pretty good and so was his economy. He didn't attempt to rule the country, but left it to the states, and he helped those that asked for it.
