I had a conversation with a teacher the other day. They just went back using a hybrid model. Two days in person, two days remotely. She said it was so much better! She couldn’t believe how much she was missing the connection to the kids and the ability to explain things easier. Th first part of the year they spent most of the time just getting the kids adapted to accessing their lesson plans.they learned nothing. She is thrilled to be back.
