I don't think he'll call for anything, he'll just attempt to run the clock out, any way he can.
Kinda sucks for him because he's not in the right position to actually do that. It may distract a few lawyers from everything else, but ultimately it's not even in a state that is being used to call out the fraud.
He's the best partisan hack they could find on short notice.
The delay tactic is to block, so he either does something and it drags the clock, or nothing and everything moves forward as planned.
He can't run out the clock on the cases that would overturn the 2020 election, however. Right?
