I would recommend that he step aside. I’m not sure how far we are from seeing judges capped, but my gut says that it’s not far. To be perfectly clear, I’m not in support of capping any public official, but I won’t be surprised if it happens. I only support the legal impeachment of Sullivan, it’s clear that he’s not fit to be a judge.
