He is also the same judge who has a son who beat and raped a young girl for hours then left her for dead while he went and watched tv in the next room. The same judge who stole tons of money from a University along with Elijah Cummings.

This dude is corrupt as fuck and should never have been on the bench, he even went out of his way to get all the charges dropped against his son in the near fatal assualt and rape incident.
