I know about the PA lawsuit from the Trump team (Giuliani and Ellis) and the independent MI and GA lawsuits (from Powell and Wood).
The PA lawsuit has gone through one hoop, where it was denied and subsequently expedited through the second. Don't know how many more before SCOTUS.
We are two weeks away from the December 14th deadline when the state electors vote. Personally, I don't trust electors to defect from the results as they exist now...maybe to abstain. I don't think we can count on that. Too many Rinos.
The question on everybody's mind is whether the legal outcome of these three suits (all of which would have to be accepted by the SCOTUS as I understand) will result in a Trump victory. Realistically, what do you all know about the timeline and how do you think this can still happen? I am obviously hopeful.
Happy Thanksgiving!
WE are makin a list...and checking it off. Twice.
