how about the State of Jefferson? which is rural southern Oregon and rural NoCal

the weather's not extreme, good farming, lots of timber (the libs shut that down, but it's ready for harvest), plenty of conservative patriots, beautiful scenery, clean water, good fishing & hunting

plus, then I won't have to move
