I opened the letter after going for a walk to try and shake off the turkey coma from the days festivities and lets just say it made for some interesting thanksgiving roundtable discussion. Every one of my relatives were livid.
Im about the survivability rate of Wuhan Flu sure (99.6%) our HOA nazi is a biden supporter, most have taken down their signs like the election is over, but we all know its not. I cant wait for the meltdown when we rightfully expose all the fraud and people go to jail.
It honestly just depends. Our HOA became way too anal, so people voted them out, and now they're almost too chill. I do appreciate certain aspects in my community such as preventing complete deforestation or rusted out heaps of junk in front yards, or as I personally witnessed in a city with no HOA a bright yellow house with purple shutters. I see both sides of how it can be good but can also become abusive.
I'm on my HOA council... we're all vets who hate HOAs. It's mainly to prevent people from selling their land for those bullshit mini mansion developments. I can shoot 100 yards from my front door safely without nailing the nearest kid, and I want it to stay that way.
Mine is actually pretty based. It's kind of a retired military/active law enforcement community. They have a church that they sued the state of CA to keep open during the plandemic. They refused lockdown orders in the community center (bar - with VERY reasonable pricing. You can walk out stumbling for less than $30)... they stay out of your business unless you're being obnoxious and finally their security is top notch.
What part of California. I do love the state the weather and landscape is so nice, but dam the politicians and woke retards scare me.
Northern. The affordable more conservative (and in my humble opinion, most beautiful) part of this butthole we call a state
I would politely notify the HOA that you will be more than happy to remove political signs once the election and inauguration is over.
Mail back a bullet. LOL
What's the deal with HOA's - I live in an area that obviously does not do weird socialist shit like that... Is this gated community cul-de-sac bullshit?
Every time they're brought up it always sounds very unconstitutional and illegal
Some mother fucker tells me to take something off my property they get their ass beat around these parts. And it should be the same anywhere.
The idea is that a neighborhood is built with a contract attached. Part of the contract is that anyone selling their property has to sell to someone willing to enter the contract. Perfectly legitimate private deal, why would it be unconstitutional? The goal is to keep things looking nice and functioning.
Unfortunately humans are involved, so it is like red bloody meat to Karens.
The right of the people to be secure in their homes and in their property.
Other people telling you, contractually, to live a certain way..... or what?
It just all sounds really greasy and gross to me from a freedom standpoint. They're forcing an issue of compliance on people - but it isn't about clean yards - it goes further than that and it is obvious. This is how socialism and communism work - they take one little thing, then more, them more until they own you.
That you agreed to.
I know people get uncomfortable about that idea. But if someone won't even honor a contract how can you trust them with anything else?
That isn't to say that I would want to live with an HOA. But anyone signing up for one has no room to complain that it is unfair; the terms were right in front of them.
My thing is.... stop agreeing to this shit! it promotes socialist thought and behavior!
I'd rather live in my car than have a person Lord over me about what I have on my land. People have taken bullets for less.
it all sounds so crazy to me - but I am also rural as fuck. I find it to be the most comfortable way to live.
So I think you can voluntarily agree to not exercise your rights under some conditions, which is not illegal. At least that's what I've seen other people say.
I have to wonder though, why you should not be allowed to leave the HOA at any time you choose. Surely that would be a violation of the right to free association? (Or maybe they would claim that in your contract you agree to move out if you ever leave the association... at which point it's basically a rental agreement rather than a purchase, IMO.)
HOA has rules I get it. I would be annoyed if I had to see a Biden flag facing my house everyday.
who cares though - fly whatever flag you want is what I say - Freedom does not stop at someone's feelings.
People are signing contracts tying themselves to a state of Socialism just so they can live in a certain area - It's crazy! This is how socialism starts, in little communities, then it spreads.
People sign up for the gated community HOA, it protects property values people need to keep up their properties etc. My area doesnt even allow fast food restaurants. Political signs are allowed only during major election season. Its like a governing constitution. I hear you if you dont live in one and want to just do your thing. But if a guy moves to a gated community he is cant complain.
I just don't understand why any conservative minded person with a working knowledge of the Bill of Rights would ever do it.
People are signing their freedom away contractually for what? a three car garage everyone else has? an extra bedroom? I just don't understand the thought process for just a little impact of home value. Signing over freedoms for a little perceived comfort. It's a dangerous thing. I'd rather live in a shitty house on an acre and be free. But hell, our votes don't even count so who cares anymore! lol
Its actually the opposite. Freedom is creating walls not to keep people out but to protect the people inside. Maybe i'm a snob or maybe im in an area where you cant get an acre between houses.
I've seen both sides. Yeah, they can be too anal and stupid, but try living in a city with zero HOA type regulations and watch as your whacked out neighbor paints their house some Willy Wonka on crack colors with grass three feet high and rusted out junk in their front yard. They should stay out of your political sign business, though, and they also shouldn't be telling you when and how to put up Christmas decorations (among other aspects).
Most courts pay them no mind only if you have your yard trashed. Fuck em
HOA 👎🏻
Election isn't over, Nazi.
You need more signs
HOA is communism, and you signed up for it. True story.
And this is why I will never live in an HOA neighborhood. Fuck that shit.
Group of Karens
Can’t you just paint Trump on your house? Or place a giant cardboard cutout of him facing out your window? Think outside the box fella
put it in your driveway
Can you put up a sign that says "Bernie was cheated."
People on my street still have up their Biden signs, and some even placed American flags around them, so yeah, my Trump sign remains and it will remain so long as he's fighting.
Ein Volk, Ein Reich, Ein HOA
HOA tyrants are the EXACT same kind people of people who become power hungry government bureaucrats

You should just send them a letter back with a paper copy of an article or something like it showing the exact same behavior of Nazis.
Tell them you don't read Chinese and return the letter to sender.
Tell them the election isn't over yet
Replace it with a promo for The Apprentice.
