instead of welfare or snap, households on those are transitioned to analyzing their finances and put on plans like work gap insurance or expansion of IRAs instead of social security. Further, programs like that only would ever need to be initially approved during the "window" (we should do away with those) and wouldn't stop in the donut holes.
Treating kids as valuable. Their entire existence until working age is communism. That means expanding their economy. I don't mean child labor. This would need a little planning. Anyways, this was actually based off an article I read a few years back about how college grads and doctorates sometimes feel worthless because their papers were only written as assignments.
Bring back churches into the medical field. It would be easy to start out as churches being triage stations.
Expand on separation from government. This hasn't been really touched on, however it might help keep government in check.
I like your list better. What about abolishing the US Code and replacing it with Rights?
