Happy Thanksgiving 🦃 🍽
I don’t mean to bring the mood down, but unfortunately I had to leave Thanksgiving early this year as it was ruined by my drugged up brother. It appears that he went on a drug bender and entered Psychosis. He has mental problems so I’ve seen him in this state before, but he was legitimately saying “God is Dead. 666” and all of this creepy stuff in a weird sort of whispery way that was unlike him. He was bouncing around like a pinball terrorizing everyone in his path by either saying something nasty to them or just creeping them out with his non-sense. I know it may sound over the top but this was my reality tonight and I just really ask that you will pray for my family.

He hasn’t slept in almost 2 days, shows little appetite or thirst, and is acting manic. Probably mixed Crack and Heroin, hard to know for sure as he won’t tell the truth about it.

I'm sorry to hear that. I can tell you from hard experience that the thing that's most likely causing the psychosis isn't the drugs per se, but rather the lack of sleep. I just say this because it might be a lot easier to convince him to ensure that he doesn't go on multi-day benders than giving up the drugs entirely.
It's possibly a better angle, if you're going to confront him about it, to focus on the lack of sleep, because most everyone will go psychotic like that after 48 hours awake.
