I live in a state that has moved to mail in ballots. My districted went from plus 12 R, to plus 12 D in just six years, since we switched from in person voting, to mail in. It's a total sham.

For Biden to have won 80 million, you'd have the equivalent of every new voter since 2008 turning out for him AND he'd still need to get 1.5 million more votes than Obama from pre-2010 voters.
Biden only won 61% of new voters this year so that caps out his gains AT MOST being 5 million.

Obama had a lot of places where he got 100% of the vote, too, precincts in Cleveland and Philadelphia IIRC. That's supposed to be impossible, no one at all voted Mitt there.
I don’t really love the Outperformed Obama posts. This is why they wanted unsolicited mail voting. They wanted to lower the bar of entry and knew it afforded them fraud and illegal harvesting options. It is expected the numbers would increase.
However... it’s still impossible that the participation numbers are so much higher than even countries with mandatory voting.

In Ohio 08, Obama won some precincts with thousands of voters by 100 points. literally 0 votes for McSongbird

I live in one of those counties. I counted every fucking Biden and "Hate Has No Home Here" sign within three miles of my house, in an area invaded by New Jersey/Connecticut corporate shill types + many ChiCom and Indian H1Bs.
There were many more of their signs than in 2016 . . . nowhere near as many Trump signs . . . but in real numbers I counted fewer than one hundred Biden=type signs within a population of 10,000 +/- souls.
And those signs tended to be clustered near to each other, as if the migrants from Jersey colonized a particular block or parcel of land.
Note: the corporate and H1Bs tend to blow through - they are not long-term residents, just passing by.
All but a handful of the Biden signs were removed by the weekend after Election Day. Trump signs were much slower to come down, some remain.
The relative handful of Biden signs cannot account for the massive votes claimed by him in my county -- and I'm in the "liberal" part of it along the Main Line, itself formerly staunchly conservative and traditionalist.

The democrats "took over" the formerly conservative Republican counties suddenly without much apparent effort over the past three election cycles. The GOP is nowhere to be seen.

Is there a graph that shows all the countries in PA? Would be interesting to see the percentage change in each county and what the average change was and if it was consistent in these major counties. I speculate it won't be.

Not disputing there was massive fraud but we are comparing apples and oranges with regard to Obama vs Biden.
Voter turnout was ridiculously high because you did not have to get off your fat lazy ass to vote -- just mail it in.
That is how an idiot like Biden gets Obama like numbers.
If you're not motivated to vote at all, you don't suddenly become motivated because you can file some papers and mail in a vote. It would take some enthusiasm generated by a particular candidate or issue to motivate you, regardless of the method of voting you then choose afterward. The raw vote totals are still unlikely in PA IMO, and I don't buy your line of reasoning.
For comparison, the Fed can make credit easier, with 0% interest rate policy and even eliminate the reserve ratio, but if banks still have limited appetite for risk, the banks do not increase lending in the aggregate, as we have seen in the last several months. It's pushing on a string. You can make voting more accessible, but the persons without an interest in voting still do not care.
