Pedes ignore this comment. As Sidney says in the first page

As a civil action, the plaintiff’s burden of proof is a “preponderance of the evidence” to show, as the Georgia Supreme Court has made clear that, “[i] was not incumbent upon [Plaintiff] to show how the [] voters would have voted if their [absentee] ballots had been regular. [Plaintiff] only had to show that there were enough irregular ballots to place in doubt the result

The opposition is going to spend a lot of time pruning the tentacles but they'll find most are unbreakable. They'll likely get one or two but at the same time they'll also keep coming.

The primary goal will be to find enough illegal votes to disqualify and account for uncounted legal votes.

That may be impossible especially if the evidence is destroyed. The secondary possibility is that the entire state is disqualified.

I think Powell's primary goal is to blow open the larger conspiracy including tech, media, government and intelligence collusion to steal the election from the people. An act of war for sure.

I see it a more of a mixed bag. I see all kinds of efforts to steal the vote, some of them connected and some disconnected. I also see several problems on every possible level from malfeasance to incompetence (they'll always claim the latter).

That they really failed to properly vet Dominion isn't even the half of it. Biden is backed by cartels and all manner of criminals.

The failures and malfeasance is so extensive that I see this as a baby kraken.
