Unless there is something unseen and sinister afoot, I don't think Trump has the hedge of protection. He's and adult man of the world.

I do however think that he is acting under the grace of God. The United States and this system we have has allowed us to fight a meaningful fight without violence.

What Trump is doing is allowing our American way to continue. He's doing it for the right reasons and for much of it, I suspect it isn't even a choice for him.

When you are driven to do the right thing, when it is compulsory and your actions seem almost autonomous, you are acting under the grace of God and the holy spirit is the messenger communicating your actions.

The hedge of protection is for the innocent and I dare say the naive. It is for those who are unaware of their predator.

The grace of God is both shield and sword worn as the skin of your actions where the righteous prevail and no weapon forged against thee shall prosper.

I dare mention Isaiah 54:17

So you’re suggesting we don’t pray for God to help them? Strange

Oh no, prayer is definitely in order. My point was that the prayer was to guide an attack against evil not necessarily prayer to protect from evil.

An overcomplicated way of saying offense is the best defense for this case.
