Most of the election CCP nonsense (covid concession phuckery) done in the name of covid WITHOUT THE STATE'S LEGISLATURES making the rules per the constitution's direction means all of the concessions are unlawful. Per the "unsigned majority's opinion" "Even in a pandemic, the constitution cannot be put away and forgotten."

That language right there means all concessions by the governors and SOSs are invalid and therefore numerous elections, particularly the battle ground states, cannot be certified. The SCOTUS majority has officially told us what they think about constitutional violations under the chYna plague.

Keep in mind it's not hard for them to say X,Y,Z election cannot be certified, after all, it then goes to house who must then act. While I'd love to see the states have to remove those invalid votes and certify pop's electors, I'm equally okay with the house of representatives electing him just the same. It's the only way a clear message is sent to democrats that their lying, cheating, and stealing, will not pay off.

The question is then what to do with all of the congressional seats that get invalidated? Do the governors appoint the empty seats until a special election can be held? Someone do the math on that with the various states and their governors.

Besides, how beautiful would it be to see a house election of the POTUS where CA gets 1 vote, just like Alaska does

“That language right there means all concessions by the governors and SOSs are invalid....”

Your use of the word “all” is not supported by case law. The state leaders have latitude when an emergency declaration is in effect. What SCOTUS needs to clarify is if they went to far, beyond what is reasonable, infringing on rights to the least extent while still providing safety to citizens.

But I think your otherwise correct.

All these states had absentee ballot systems in which any registered voter could have requested a ballot if they were in fear or prevented from voting in person. They will most likely decide that the states neglected to secure the voting system buy mailing I requested ballots.

There was a whole lot of treason going on, I want to see justice.
