OANN needs streamlined and multiple accessibility like newsmax is providing.. OANN‘s Pluto TV stream sucks ass. Newsmax and even america voice news are way far ahead of OANN stream and this is a big problem considering no one should be supporting cable broadcasting.
It’s not the Pluto app that sucks, the OANN channel sucks balls. Pluto app has blaze tv, newsmax, America’s voice, another one with Dana and OANN, I rate OANN last place out of the five conservative news channels.

Ohh Ann isn't that hard to say. However "Special Report from TDW" or the "the five o'clock news with the TDW team" seems to roll off the tongue. :)
I have an amazon fire TV and pluto steams well for me. Maybe you could delete and reinstall your pluto app. Hope that helps.
