LOL not possible.

410-128 is much more likely.

I would disagree with you that PA is questionable. After watching that public hearing with Rudy, twice, I'm convinced that those legislators are slathering to throw out those votes and flip it for Trump. They are PISSED . Sure, the whole legislature wasn't there, but the Dem members know what the public saw there, and the majority are red. I think it goes Trump on an easy vote and I think that sets a tone for other states.

I don't know - we have some solid senators in PA that will do the right thing - but is it enough? I emailed my PA State Rep, and I got a generic reply to contact Wolf. And that they would deal with voting issues "in the next legislative session" - no we need to deal with them now.

She's republican.

Kemp took money from the CCP to throw the election.

There is no fire to light under kemp to get him to do anything other than attempt to cover his tracks and stay out of trouble.

My opinion is we get GA, PA and MI to flip.

Theres a 270 Biden to 268 Trump scenario. This is only because DC gets 3 electoral votes. Which never should've been.

MI is the toughest bet.

i think we actually have the most likely path to victory right now in Michigan

here is a 7 page judgement by SCC when they dismissed our case there because the vote getting certified made it moot (case was to stop certification)

On page 4 you can see the main gist of it - 2 of the judges that voted to dismiss, say they want evidentiary hearing and they want it expedited. SCC retains jurisdiction of the case. The dissenting opinion discusses details of a potential audit.

This so far is actually the strongest language from a state court judgement that we got in any state in favor of auditing results and election being suspect constitutionally.

yes, we have the highest vote difference there but that's like comparing distance left to travel and only one route is actually open

I don't think it's possible for GA/PA/MI to be overturned and the others not because it was all the same fuckery. Maybe even include NV in that batch. WI may actually do the right thing ahead of time.
