She used the longer timeframe and it seems it is missing data 2015-2020 data: https://i.ma.ga/ikrtr.png (faulty data?) 2019-2020 data: https://i.ma.ga/fpzrL.png I also ran several other data sets that they have (e.g. by age group) and it matches the 2nd graph.
