AGs should just start suing social media for criminal activity and force them to admit in court that they are either platform or publisher. No one is holding them accountable. This shit can fix itself the way the law is written, if they'd do their jobs.

I agree that 230 protection should be removed for Twitter, FB, YouTube, but not for all true "Platforms"
