Agreed, there is something to be said about hard work, teamwork, learning a skill, critical thinking, and becoming a leader..... collectivism and social justice is basically the opposite.... however, that is what they pay to get indoctrinated into. Strange problem.
Look at countries where everyone is required to serve at least a small stint. I don’t think our Republic would be so in danger with a similar policy.
