I don't know anything about this guy - but I do know one thing.
Congress created that law - it's their job to get rid of it.
And it is our job to replace Congress - and we are not doing our job.
How can we if the elections are rigged?
Correct. We showed up in force.
In theory the President would replace the heads of DOJ and FBI and put in non-deep-state types who would go out and arrest the riggers for violation of Federal election law.
In practice, no - we can't do anything except hope the SCOTUS gives Trump four more years by rolling back the Big Steal - and then hope he starts hiring non-deep-state guys.

Well I wasn't one of "em.. I've had my suspicions about him all along.. He was a Big-Telecom Lacky before becoming FCC Chairman.
The FCC can’t repeal 230 but they can determine if somebody is acting as a platform or publisher and remove their protections.
Well DUH.. I Agree! That's what is being demanded, make 230 completely irrelevant in providing Big Tech ANY publisher protections. Let the Lawsuits Roll....
Well someone with a better interpretation of the law needs to get made into chairman.
The interpretation of our laws by some on the left have gone from reasonable to unreasonable to 🤡 🌎 .
