The only evidence that he said this is from 1 guy that was undercover investigating antifa and was on a group telephone call with them and he heard someone say, "Don't worry about the election, Trumps not gonna win. I made fucking sure of that" and then heard someone else ask, "Who is that" and then he heard someone else respond with saying, "That's Eric the Dominion guy"
