Basic question. Tom wolf, governor of pennsylvania changed election certification laws due to the pandemic. He did this without the legislature. The penn secretary of state said, we don't care about signature verification, even though that's the law. We don't care about mail in dates, even though it's the law. Should governor wolf and the s cretary of stat in pennsylvania be able to work against the established laws of the state to achieve the outcome they want? Or should the governor be there to enforce the laws?
