So after having watched the evidentiary hearing, there is zero doubt as to wether or not cheating occurred. The fact that 1.8 million ballots were requested and 2.5 million were submitted is CHECKMATE. There is no getting around that, and since the margin for victory is less than the 700,000 votes that were submitted, this automatically puts Trump ahead. Mind you there is even more evidence to support the claim. Therefore in an effort to stop another Trump administration, it’s looks like these so called democrats (should be called Domestic Terrorists) have not only guaranteed his re-election, but they’ve single handedly made Trump the president who saved our nation from tyrants, and preserved the integrity of our republic. This will justifiably make Donald J Trump the greatest president in the history of the United States. Talk about the ultimate backfire...

Someone stated that the figures for this might have been pulled from two different elections, the primary and the general election.
I would not make that the focus until it is further clarified. The PA website has taken that page down so not sure where one would go for clarification. I suspect that the page might have been removed in order to keep this alive where it will be possibly dis-proven in court.

The numbers Guiliani stated for ballot REQUESTS were EXACTLY what had been published for the PRIMARY, NOT the GENERAL election.
