I've lost several pounds pedes since starting my diet. My pants are not tight anymore, and I couldn't eat as much yesterday. I did a plate with turkey, stuffing, mash potatoes, a biscuit, and some cranberry sauce, and I was so full. I tried a second plate but I couldn't finish it. I had to stop because I was so full. I had to wait an hour and a half just to eat a slice of pumpkin pie and a brownie cookie.
