That is not as high a hurdle as for a criminal case (beyond a reasonable doubt) but such proof has to rise above mere suspicions. You and I are already tilted in our thinking since we are having this discussion. A judge is supposed to be more objective. They will not see it as you and I do. They will hopefully see and judge that the elections in MI, PA, GA and WS were too tainted to be trusted.
But then... there is the matter of the remedy.
In 2000 Bush won because the remedy the SCOTUS passed down fell to the State of Florida to fix the election, but the clock ran OUT. The certification that was on hand had reached its deadline so nothing could be done.
If the clock runs out HERE... Biden has the advantage. Of course, Gore was not alleging FRAUD. He was just wanting more time to fudge the recounts in any way he could in liberal counties.
It could be that these contested states have to rely upon some means other than the election to choose their electors. PA would be a trick because the state legislature can send Republican electors while the Governor can send a set of Democrat electors...
