Read the speach he gave to the students at Notre Dame. I think it shows that he truly understands what it means to be an American. The marriage of religion and classical liberalism. It really is quite moving and thought provoking and it's why I hold out hope for him and dont engage in the Barr bashing around here.

How does the fatass' defense of FBI sniper Lon Huruchi align with his sparkling ND bullshit?

Barr is, and always has been, a giant POS.

Quite possibly he was just a government lawyer and was doing his job. Lawyers often end up defending people they'd probably really rather not. For some, it's a matter of principle.

It's a controversial subject and I'm not saying it necessarily absolves him but it's worth considering.

Horuchi should have been strung up FWIW. And all those responsible for him being there.

So Barr has no principles when it comes to the gummint murder of innocent free Americans .. he could have quit his gummint job instead of defending Horuchi - Barr chose his path.

My cooment stands.

Maybe he has the principle that the accused deserve a defense. You might appreciate that if you ever end up in the dock one day.

I didn't expect you to change your mind so that's OK.
