Doug Mastriano is on War Room and just broke that he's working with PA Senate & House to take the ability to seat the electors back from the SoS.

Evidently, they can do this through a resolution - sidestepping the need for the Gov. Wolf to sign off. PA State Constitution, baby! These folks have been steamrolling their coequal branches of govt. all over the place, I'm glad to see some patriots pushing back. Mastriano really is walking the walk here.

To clarify, I posted this in the heat of the moment right after Mastriano said they were pulling the trigger on trying to make this happen - I was turnt. This resolution is currently still in the works, it looks like they're still getting the votes together. As such, it's very important that everyone continue to contact the PA Reps and let them know that they need to step up. We can't back off the brakes now. (Not that there are any...)
